Hill Tribe Trek in Northern Thailand

Explore the hills and forests of northern Thailand and experience the hospitality of the local Hill Tribes.

At a glance:

Trekking program with KHIRI CAMPUS in Thailand allows students out of the hustle-bustle of a big city and brings them back to nature. We take the students to Doi Inthanon National Park, which is one of Thailand’s most beautiful protected areas and boasts an immense diversity in flora and fauna. Along the way, we visit two of Doi Inthanon’s most spectacular waterfalls. The trek takes students to the summit of Thailand’s highest mountain and learn about the Karen Hill Tribe. Within the village, students are encouraged to be involved in local agricultural projects, practice some language, and participate in cultural activities with local people.
