This mysterious mountain range takes the form of a clenched fist and offers some of Ceylon’s most mesmerizingly graceful nature trails. Home to some very rare species and endemic wildlife, this is also an area that’s home to about 40 rural villages. The rugged terrain borders both wet and dry zones of Sri Lanka, so the chances are you might experience fog that often hangs low around the peaks. KHIRI CAMPUS’s hikes through Knuckles Mountain Range allow students to explore the abundance of the thick jungles and unspoiled beauty of the unique landscapes.
