COVID Safety Control Measures | Khiri Campus
To minimize the risk of contracting Covid-19 after the world reopens, Khiri Campus has carried out the safety protocols for our partners and suppliers for a tension-free experience when everyone is ready to travel again.
To ensure that workers and clients are healthy and safe, we have implemented the COVID READY Control Measures following the guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and each destination’s new rules for travelers and services providers. These control measures apply to both our suppliers and our clients.
We make sure our suppliers practice the standard COVID-19 safety measures when providing services to our clients. These services include but are not limited to: accommodation, food services, transportation, activities services, and guides/translators. Our protocols are as follows:
- General conduct
- A control checklist as a guideline for CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE standards. Our business suppliers will apply the best practices, including restricting contact of items between guests, supplying sanitizer in all areas, and adapting their handling and service protocols as needed
- A guideline for the HEALTH & SAFETY of the suppliers’ employees. Our business suppliers will make sure that their staff understand and practice in the standard way to keep themselves and clients away from COVID-19 risks
- Should cases arise, we will ensure that health standards of the respective countries are followed to prevent the virus from spreading
For our clients from schools and universities, we have designed a brief informational packet for their self-preparation that includes vital information, including necessities they will need before traveling in the pandemic. In our client brief informational packet, we have included the general safety rules and the essential things for the packing list.
